About me

I have led a busy working life and started my first paid job at the age of 12 - a weekend job in a Cafe in Central Glasgow and I loved it! That was the beginning of my working life and over the years I had many jobs until I found the job that I wanted to learn more about - HR Management. Fast forward many years later and with over 25 years HR and people management experience I had a conversation with a friend who was also a business owner. At the time she was having people management difficulties and after 15 years in business was about to throw in the towel and walk away. This made me realise that no matter how much information is out there and available to business owners, everyone has their own 'thing'. We all have the industry expertise required to thrive in our own chosen profession - some business owners don't have time to read and learn about people management whilst trying to grow their business. This is where we can help. We have grown our customer base steadily over that time and I am pleased to say we haven't lost a Client.
