When we say we will process payroll for you - this is what we do:-
- Setting up your payroll in our software systems.
We charge an initial set up fee when you move your payroll across to us as long as your information is with us on time.
- RTI submissions to HMRC
We will submit all online filing to HMRC for your payroll. The files will be automatically submitted on or before payday.
- Telephone & Email Support
You can contact us by telephone or email for assistance/advice.
- Auto-Enrolment Pension support
Pension support and processing such as automatic enrolment, management of opt-ins and opt-outs.
- All statutory requirements
Such as processing Tax, NICs, SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP & Student loans,
as well as dealing with PAYE Income Tax and National Insurance calculations, we will calculate statutory payments such as SSP and SMP.
- Attachment Order Deductions
We will administer attachment orders through the payroll.
- Management Reporting
You will be provided with management reports when payroll is processed in either PDF format or as .csv files to import to excel.
- Employer Branded Payslips
We prefer to supply payslips by email directly to the employee however if you wish to, we can email them to you, for you to email to your employees.
- P45s, P60s
These will be sent to the employer for distribution to employees.
